As most everyone knows I favor a different blog for my day to day posting. In fact 99 percent of my posts here are cross posted! So what brings me back? Well my other blog is unavailable right now. That's right. It turns out that my server is in the mid-west. Missouri to be exact. (don't you want to know where YOUR server is??) Seems there has been some very bad weather there and some 600,000 people are without power. Including my beloved danielphillip.com. But in all seriousness, my heart is with those folks during this time. The weather is freezing! They have no heat, internets, ovens, and all those other things we take for granted every day. They may be without power for days!

So at any rate, here I am .. my site is gone for now. I am a vox-only guy. *sigh*

I just found out the there is a plugin for Wordpress that allows cross-posting here on Vox! I am a jealous. I would love to have that for my Expression Engine blog... Think of the convenience!

The question is, who do I know that could port that baby ov to EE??

So are we just cranking out the content here or what?

Truth be told, I just wanted to push that other post down a bit. I hate seeing my own mug on my site. It all goes back to the very first design on my main blog. It had my image at least twice in the header. At first it was all cute, and fed my ego. Then all of a sudden it got real old really fast. I started to actually hate it.

And so there you have it. An entire post to eliminate the presence of the one prior. Talk about ego...
