What's an interesting experience that you've had meeting people in real-life that you first knew online? Was it awkward, surreal, or the best thing ever?

I like this question! But I have to admit that the hard part about QOTD is that it's like relentless. Every day... Gah!

So interesting experience? That would be ANY online person. The weird feelings are similar. Like I know you, but I don't KNOW know you. Yanno? The most interesting out of my 2 occasions has to be meeting Betty. I mean, it was WEIRD! I totally felt connected right away.. I can't really explain it. I just knew I had found a true friend. We still had those "oh wait, you already read that!" moments, but it was casual. No awkwardness at all. You can read more about it at her Vox.

Now we hang out, her and I, sometimes with our Signifigant Others, who also seem to get along. It's nice like that. It's so hard to meet couple friends...
